Are you ready for Ordeal Season?

by Chris Brightwell on April 28, 2009

Hot on the heels of hosting the widely acclaimed 2009 SR-9 Conclave (thanks to you!), Coosa Lodge is set to kick off its 2009 Ordeal season this weekend at Camp Sequoyah.  Registration starts around 6pm on Friday and everything wraps up Sunday morning around 10am.

If you’re an Ordeal candidate, check out these instructions for your Ordeal.  They’ll help you Be Prepared for the weekend, which is sure to be a memorable one for you.  When you get home, check out the “After Your Ordeal” page for all kinds of useful information on the Order of the Arrow.

If you’ve been an Ordeal member for 10 months, but haven’t sealed your membership, now is the time to attain Brotherhood!  It’s free for members, so what do you have to lose?  Check out the Order of the Arrow JumpStart page for all the info you need, then just let the registration staff know that you’re interested in becoming a Brotherhood member.

If you need to check the current weather at camp, or print out some driving directions, click on the appropriate links to the right (under the “Camp Sequoyah” heading).

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO BRING A TENT!

Any questions?  Send them to our Lodge Chief, Will Jackson (chief@coosa50.org) or the Vice Chief of Inductions, Kyle Dotson (vcinductions@coosa50.org) and they’ll help you out.  If they can’t help you, leave a comment on this news entry and we’ll help you however we can.

See you at Camp!
