If you’re reading this, we need your help! There’s a lot of stuff left to do to get Camp Comer in shape for the upcoming SR-9 Conclave, but we’ve only got one weekend to get it done. It’ll be a little chilly this weekend, but we need all hands on deck. Grab a jacket, get some work gloves, and come to camp!
With the inaugural SR-9 Conclave right around the corner, Coosa Lodge has the responsibility of hosting over 750 people at Camp Comer on April 17th-19th. Workdays have been set up to ensure that all work that has to be completed for conclave is done. The final workday is scheduled for this Saturday, April 11th, from 8am to 4pm.
We are asking that all Arrowmen with cordless drills please bring them to this workday. If you don’t have a drill, there’s plenty of other work to be done. Please come and help where you can.
Lunch will be served and lodge members will have the opportunity to purchase two Coosa Lodge conclave service flaps at the end of the workday.
