Conclave Pre-Order Forms are Still Due This Weekend!

Okay, so we’re in a bit of a pickle.  We have officially cancelled tomorrow’s Winter Fellowship, due to weather, but we still need to turn our Conclave Trading Post Order in to the Section by Monday.

If you want to order Conclave memorabilia, but have not submitted your form and payment, you have two options.

  1. To pay by check, print out the form, fill it out, and hand-deliver your form and check either the Huntsville Service Center or the Birmingham Service Center during normal business hours.  If you want to pay with a check, this is your only option.  All of these must be in by 5pm on Monday, February 1st.
  2. To pay by credit card, you can print out the form, fill it out, and fax it the Birmingham office before 4pm on Monday, February 1st.  Additionally, you MUST write the following information on the bottom of the form:
    • Your full name, as it appears on the card.
    • The 16-digit credit card number.
    • The expiration date.
    • The card type: Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. We do not accept American Express.
    • Your signature.

  • All check orders must be hand-delivered to the Huntsville or Birmingham Service Center no later than 5pm on Monday, February 1.
  • All credit card orders must be faxed directly to the Birmingham Service Center no later than 4pm on Monday, February 1.
