In the lead-up to the 2012 National Order of the Arrow Conference (NOAC), we released a wildly popular series of rubber flaps and other memorabilia for sale through our Trading Post. These items were created and sold to fulfill a single purpose: We wanted to make NOAC as affordable as possible for our members.
The result? We were able to charge each of our members less for their entire trip — including food, transportation, and a ton of really great swag (Remember all of this awesome “COOSA ROCKS” stuff?) — for less than national was charging simply to attend NOAC.
Next year, we’re hoping to take more people, give them more stuff, and charge them even less. How are we going to do that? Well, we’re going to start with these:
The Coosa Lodge Key 3 has authorized and produced a very limited run of Coosa Lodge flaps that pay tribute to vintage flaps from the mother lodge, Unami Lodge. This includes a “trader” and a “delegate”, will be sold in-person at this weekend’s Coosa Lodge Training Summit, and are expected to sell out quickly.
The 2014 Coosa Lodge Training Summit and Winter Banquet is this Saturday at “Top of the Town” (316 2nd Ave SW; above Cullman Savings Bank) in Cullman, Alabama. The cost is $10 per member, which includes training materials, a boxed lunch, and dinner. Registration opens at 8am. Dinner will start at about 5pm.
