8:00 – Registration Opens; Trading Post Opens
8:30 – Training Begins
11:45 – Training Ends; Chapter Meetings Begin
12:00 – Lunch
12:45 – Committee Meetings
1:15 – LEC Meeting

Conclave Pre-Orders Due at Winter Fellowship

Just a quick reminder: If you plan to pre-order Conclave memorabilia, that pre-order is due at Winter Fellowship (Jan. 30th). This deadline is set by the SR-9 Council of Chiefs and was first published in the Conclave pre-registration form available at Fall Fellowship back in October.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, the end-time for the Winter Fellowship has been changed from 3pm to 2pm.
The Winter Fellowship (formerly known as the Lodge Leadership Development Conference, or LLDC) will take place on Saturday, January 30th at Gardendale-Mt. Vernon United Methodist Church in Gardendale, AL.  Click here for a map to the church.
